Gold Hunter Bot is a digital product. Please test on demo and ask all questions before purchasing.

Digital license purchases

After a license key or EA file has been delivered and activated, refunds are generally not available because digital access has already been provided.

Before activation

If payment was sent but no license was issued yet, contact support immediately with payment proof. We will review the case and help correct payment, plan, or activation details.

Free access plan

The paid-after-profit access plan is different from direct purchase. It is provided through eligible IB registration and may require payment after the trial/profit condition described on the website.

No profit guarantee

Losses caused by market movement, account settings, broker conditions, or user decisions are not a refund reason. Trading risk remains the user's responsibility.
